Customer Qualifier

Audi owners who are out of warranty can receive complimentary 12-months Roadside Assistance with any customer paid work at participating dealers.

A customer is eligible for the complimentary 12 months of Roadside Assistance coverage if the following conditions are met:

  • Vehicle is an Audi
  • Vehicle is outside or near the end of its initial Roadside Assistance coverage**

What is covered?

The 12M Audi Roadside Assistance Program promotional coverage offers all the same benefits as our new Audi vehicle Owners receive.

*Average market value for roadside assistance is approx $129.
 
**If a customer has less than twelve months of existing Audi Roadside Assistance coverage remaining on their vehicle, the application must be submitted at the time of their visit. In this case, the complimentary 12 months Roadside Assistance coverage will begin on the day of the visit and will end 12 months later. This isn’t in in addition to any remaining coverage. Offer valid until 12/31/2023.
