Benefits of Audi warranty for new vehicles:

Prior to delivery, your authorized Audi Dealer will complete an extensive and detailed inspection of your vehicle. At delivery, you will be provided with an owner’s literature package, an introduction to the Service Department and a full demonstration of your vehicle’s features. These services are performed to ensure your vehicle meets Audi’s high-quality standards.

To assist with your vehicle maintenance, Audi provides your first scheduled maintenance service free of charge. The maintenance is performed at 1 year or 15,000 km from your vehicle’s in-service date, whichever comes first.

As an Audi owner, you are provided with the protection of a 24-hour Roadside Assistance Program when you travel within Canada and the United States. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the duration of coverage coincides with the duration of Audi’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Please refer to Warranty Book for more information.

Audi provides New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage for your vehicle. The warranty duration is 4 years or 80,000 km from your vehicle’s in-service date, whichever comes first, and covers defects in material and workmanship.

A Corrosion Perforation Warranty is part of your warranty coverage and extends for a period of 12 years regardless of mileage.

Emissions warranties, as they relate to federal or provincial requirements where applicable, are also included in your warranty package. To determine the coverage for your vehicle, read the emissions information in this booklet.

The e-tron High-Voltage Battery and Battery Module are covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty for a period of 8 years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first, for defects in material and workmanship. The warranty on the high-voltage battery does not apply if a defect has been caused by the battery not being used, handled or maintained as described in the owner’s manual. All other components of the vehicle are covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty for 4 years or 80,000 km, whichever comes first.
