• Our showrooms are now open. We encourage all customer to book an appointment for sales and test drive experiences.

• To protect yourself and others, we have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols, with a focus on high-traffic shared spaces and surfaces like door handles, counter tops, office equipment, and more.

• We have implemented social distancing requirements of 2 metres for all staff and visitors. During interactions please refrain from shaking hands and wash them frequently.

Sales Operations

Our main goal is to implement and encourage social distancing. Explore our online digital showroom to learn about our exciting Audi models. Our team is equipped to handle online purchase transactions from start to finish including home delivery of your new vehicle.

Service Operations

During these difficult times our service team is here to help and as such we ask that you respect social distancing. We encourage all customers to arrange for their own transportation to and from the dealership at this time.

• Our shuttle service has been temporarily suspended and our waiting areas are closed.

• Our team is able to accommodate for after hours drop-offs and pick ups, as well as mobile payments. Please inquire for details.

Parts Operations

Our parts team is open for business but unable to accept walk-in customers at this time. Our team can be reached by phone or email, and curbside pickup is available for all parts orders.

Please take advantage of this wherever possible.
