PAYMENTS

Can I write a cheque or use cash for the e-Deposit Fee?
The e-Deposit system only allows for payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
Where does my payment go?
Your e-Deposit will be held by the dealer selling the vehicle you reserved. The dealer will hold your e-Deposit until such time it is either refunded or applied to the purchase price of the vehicle (i.e. upon the sale of the vehicle to you by that dealer).
Can I change or update the credit card after I pay?
Credit card information cannot be changed once your payment has been processed. If you wish to use a different credit card, you must cancel your e-Deposit and submit a new e-Deposit.
Can I transfer or sell my e-Deposit Fee to someone else?
The e-Deposit is not transferrable.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes.
How can I get my money back?
Please contact your dealer directly to request the return of your e-Deposit. The money will be transferred back to your credit card within 3-5 business days of your request being made.
If I want a different Audi, do I need to cancel my e-Deposit?
Yes. Please cancel your e-Deposit and speak to your dealer regarding the different Audi vehicle you are interested in.
