The trip computer gives you information on the current and average fuel mileage, speed, fuel range, and driving time. The trip computer is equipped with two fully automatic memories. The single-trip memory, Trip 1, stores the information from the time the ignition is turned on until it is turned off. If the trip is continued within 2 hours from the time the ignition was turned off, the new information will be included until the trip is interrupted for more than 2 hours. Are TPMS systems impacted by weather changes?

Yes, tire pressure is affected by temperature changes and thus tire pressure monitoring systems can be affected by temperature changes.

When will the TPMS system provide me with a warning?

The tire pressure indicator in the instrument cluster informs you if the tire pressure is too low or if there is a system malfunction. These characteristics can change and cause a tire pressure warning if the tire pressure in one or more tires is too low; the tire has structural damage; or the tire pressure was changed or the wheels rotated or replaced but the TPMS was not reset. An indirect tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) compares the tire tread circumference and vibration characteristics of the individual tires. If the pressure decreases in one or more tires, this is indicated in the instrument cluster with a warning symbol.
